Rowen now witnessed the unfurling scene before his eyes in a faint blue hue. The magic which was seeping out of every crevice and pore in his body, was quickly accumulating at his feet. He wasted no time in observing the sight beneath his feet, as he could see that Shendron quite possibly needed help. Mind you, Shendron was already fairing quite well on his own. Although the wizards had magicly bound him to the stone wall, Shendron was quite effectively fighting this magic, although his movements were still slow and sticky. Rowen decided it would probably be quite useful to have another team member against these stubborn wizards, and so he quickly sought away to help Shendron. Although he couldn't quite undo the spell they had cast, as his last spell had temporarily stripped him of quite a few of his powers, he could still combat the spells effects. He raised his dripping blue hands into the air, aimed at Shendron, and without a sound he watched as Shendron's movements slowly sped up to normal speed, and then accelerated further until he seemed to be a small blur streaking around the room. This ought to keep the wizards occupied...
But they were not as stupid as he had hoped. With a new foe now contending with their power, they had tried to remedy the situation by casting all manner of protective and enhancing spells around themselves. This wasn't really stopping Shendron though. He was keeping the wizzards wonderfully occupied by zooming in and out and slicing at any and all openings in the layers of magic around them. At the same time, what had started as a small blue puddle on the floor had now expanded to a large dam, and the dam was taking shape. What seemed to be a small blue Dremma was now bounding across the room towards the wizards. Shendron slowed ever so slightly as the demonic creature neared him and seeped some of the magical energy from his. Luckily he was not a highly magical being (or at least most of his magical attributes were not of wizard origin). The wizards, however, were brought to their knees as the Dremma drained them of their magic. Without this, they were helpless. Unfortunately for Rowen, Shendron quickly realised this and moved in on the trio. Before they knew what had hit them, the mercenary and the Dremma had ripped them to shreds. In the case of the Dremma, quite literally.
The Dremma, realising it's task in this plane was done, pooled back into the dam of blue liquid, which began to steam and boil, eventually vapourising into the air and reentering Rowens body. He came back down to the ground, gasping for air. All the magic he had performed had drained him of energy, and he knew he would have to rest soon. But still he smiled as Shendron approached him. Before Shendron could close enough to talk to him, however, the world went suddenly black and he collapsed on to the ground.
