"Not any Lycan, witch!" Shendron spat as his jaw lengthened into a row of teeth. "I am the son of Zel-urr. He was the Scourge of your kind and as he slew your people to the brink of extinction, so I will continue his role and purge the world of your curse." Shendron was fully transformed and even in his Lycan form, he could draw his sword. He knew he would need his sword.
"You talk too much, Shendron-urr." Isurra hissed through her fangs, "But you need to listen to me, we don't have much time. Stop thinking like an animal."
The blade sliced the air above her head, the runes on it making a whistling sound as it cut through the air. Tiny strand of Isurra's hair floated into the air, free from her head.
"Just listen mercenary!" She had jumped up into the rafters of the room and looked to find the wizard. A Blue bolt struck the beam above her head, lobbing her to the floor. She jumped into the air again, as thought the falling debris gave her sure footing.
"I will kill you both if I must, but this doesn't have to happen!" Isurra seemed to change, ready to pounce.
A wall opposite Shendron and Rowen burst into fragments and throught the dust there was the flicker of evil, as red and yellow eyes stared at the wizard and the Lycan. The Blade of Runes in Shendron's hand hissed and vibrated, as the runes came to life. There was a sizzling sound as it became hotter and small drops of blood came from the blade. The blood was the blood of the enemies it had slain and the blade's consciousness formed a hate in Shendron's mind. The blade grew alive, but it was still a sword. A voice echoed in the room, "Your lives are forfeit. The Wrath of Urr will consume you."
The eyes in the dust were hesitant for a few moments and then they attacked.
