Rowen could hear muffled curses coming from the other side of the wall. No doubt Shendron was furious! But then who could blame him; being suddenly trapped behind a large stone wall which appeared out of thin air was not a situation Rowen would have liked either. The immediate problem seemed to be how to get past the wall. Rowen figured he had one of two options: either demolish the wall (which would be no small feat, and would probably take some time) or make it go back to where it came from. Both choices seemed quite problematic, but thankfully fate came to his rescue and decided for him. Shendron's muffled voice was shouting something from the other side.
"...mechanism somewhere nearby which should get rid of this blasted rock!"
"Hang on... say that again please."
"I SAID, there's an inscription on the wall here which says that there should be a mechanism somewhere nearby which should get rid of this wall."
Of course! This was some sort of puzzle... or so it seemed anyway. Hopefully if they solved the puzzle they would get rid of the wall! Before Rowen could start looking for clues though, Shendron yelled again, and this time his voice was not just frustrated, but almost terrified.
"Rowen! Get in here now! Teleport again!"
"How did you know..."
"JUST DO IT!"
"It doesn't work..."
"NOW!"
He concentrated, and then opened his eyes to find the spell had somehow worked. And now he could see why Shendron was so terrified!
